New England Clam Chowder

This was the best New England Clam Chowder I've eve made or had for that matter. Very rich, thick, creamy and hearty. Couple piece of baguette bread and man this was a great meal.

Wolfe Pit New England Clam Chowder

12 - Medium Little Neck clams

3 - Medium Russett Potatoes (medium cubed)

1 - Medium Yellow Onion (fine diced)

1/2 - Stick Butter

2 - Cups Heavy Cream

2 - Cups Water

3-4 TBS - Flour

2 - Bay Leaves

Salt, Pepper and Thyme to taste
