INGREDIENTS

Basmati Rice – 1 Cup

Sugar – 1 Tsp

Finely Cut Onion,

Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Beans – Little of each

Ajinomoto – 2 pinches

Salt – To Taste

White Pepper Powder – ½ Tsp

Oil – For Frying

METHOD

1. Cook Basmati Rice using 2 cups of water in pressure cooker for 3 whistles.

2. Bring it to room temperature and separate the grains using a fork.

3. Heat oil, add sugar, allow to caramelize and add onion.

4. Fry for few minutes and then add all the vegetables one by one.

5. Add Ajinomoto and fry until vegetables turn soft.

6. Mix cooked rice, salt, pepper and fry until rice turns hot.
