HEART HEALTHY VEGETARIAN FLATBREAD PIZZA !

Most of you guys who are on my Facebook page, knows that I am a Vegetarian. I eat meat every six months or so, to catch up on lost iron only if necessary. I in general , eat only organic foods, and I try not to visit to many restaurants I used to weigh almost 500lbs, and I lost 255 pounds. Right now I am trying to eat very clean and light, and I will pick up the weight loss soon.. I am eating only super foods lately, and if you would like a grocery haul video, please comment below! Please excuse my dress, it is a dress that has suffered at the hands of nails ! no matter how much it is washed, the darn polish will not come out! Plus today was just a relax day for us, just staying in the house and recording videos for you guys !

Ingredients :

Flatbread (for protein)

Organic sauce (because non organic tomatoes are GMO)

asparagus (to clean your arteries)

Bell Pepper and Red onion (cancer fighting)

Mozzarella cheese (lower risk of heart disease and protein)

Organic cooking spray

and an empty stomach !
