Party Dips Recipe - Thai Style Peanut Dip and Greek Yogurt Dip - My Recipe Book By Tarika Singh

The quickest way to get the party started is to serve the dip recipes. Food blogger Tarika Singh brings you two mouth-watering dip recipes - the Thai Style Peanut Dip and the Greek Yogurt Dip. So keep your guests dipping for more with these delicious dips served with snacks.

Ingredients:

Thai Style Peanut Dip

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 cloves of grated garlic

fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp. brown sugar

paprika (adjust to taste)

1/3 cup of coconut milk

Greek Yogurt Dip

1 cup of Greek yogurt

coriander leaves – finely chopped

1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 tsp paprika

salt & pepper to taste

1 pinch of coriander powder

1/2 tsp English mustard

Method:

To Make Thai Style Peanut Dip:

- In a pan, add the peanut butter, grated garlic, fresh lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, paprika and the coconut milk and then put on the flame. Let the flavours melt as you cook them slightly on a very low heat.

- Take it off the heat and let it cool down.

- Once it cools down, garnish it with the crushed peanuts and chopped spring onions.

To Make Greek Yogurt Dip:

- In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.

- Grated the garlic cloves in the yogurt and stir the ingredients well.

- Add the paprika, salt, coriander powder, pepper and the English mustard to the yogurt and mix all the ingredients well.

- Serve the dip in a bowl and garnish it with few sprigs of coriander leaves.

You can serve these delicious dips with a variety of snacks like potato chips, sliced carrots and deseeded cucumbers or crackers.
