This is a pretty good Crock-Pot recipe of mine. The ingredients are,1 lb. of 93% lean hamburger, or ground beef, 1 lb. of mushrooms, 5 potatoes, 1 bag of baby carrots, and 2 cans of mushroom soup. I also added a can of green beans at the end. It's simple to make and it's pretty Heart Healthy, and Weight Watchers, friendly. It also involves very little cutting or chopping.
