Tuna salad { เมี่ยงทูน่า }



A modern recipe ( 1976 ) by Malulee Pinsuvana while she was living in United states. This recipe is an adaptation of a traditional miang recipe, it utilizes canned tuna and lettuce leaves.

Canned tuna

Butterhead lettuce leaves

Fresh chilies

Deep fried garlic

Deep fried shallots

Roasted peanuts

Lime juice & zest

Fish sauce

Palm sugar

Nam prik pao, roasted chili paste

Finely chopped red chilies

Coriander leaves
