This is a great recipe that utilizes leftovers and fresh ingredients!
Serving Size: 1 person
Ingredients:
- 1 sprouted tortilla (we recommend Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortillas)
- fresh herbs
- few slices of sweet onion
- hummus
- roasted carrots (leftover or freshly made)
- lettuce or other salad greens like spring greens, arugula, or kale
- few slices of avocado
Directions:
- Spread a couple dollops of hummus in the middle of the tortilla (as shown in the video)
- Layout roasted carrots to one side (as show in the video)
- Add fresh herbs and onion slices
- Add lettuce (or other greens)
- Add avocado slices
- Wrap tortilla like a burrito (as show in the video)
- Ready to serve! Happy Eating!
*Tip: Feel free to wrap your veggie wrap with wax paper or foil to keep the wrap intact for a less messy eating experience.
