Ginger -- ½ inch piece

Onion -- 1 [cut into cubes]

Tomato -- 2 [cut into cubes]

Fresh coconut -- ¼ cup [grated]

Red chilli -- 1 [

Salt to taste

For Seasoning

Oil -- 2 tsp

Mustard seeds -- ½ tsp

Channa dal -- ½ tsp

Hing -- 1 pinch

Curry leaves -- 1 spring
