Siracha hot sauce is a Thai sauce also colloquially known as "Rooster Sauce" because of the rooster on the Huy Fong brand of Tương Ớt Sriracha (say that one time fast). In this recipe, I show you how to make it.

This sweet chili garlic sauce mixture is perfect to dip your vegan faux shrimp in or to add to a delicious avocado wrap (zOMG that tastes god).
