Here is the recipe:
1 Red Delicious Apple
1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Large Eggs
1 Large Egg White
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Caramel Extract
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2.65 Ounces (75g) Fat Free Caramel Apple Pie Greek Yogurt (or Apple, Caramel, or Vanilla Greek Yogurt)
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:
Calories: 550
Fat: 14g
Saturated Fat: 4g
Sodium: 368mg
Carbs: 53g
Fiber: 7g
Sugar: 22g
Protein: 53g
Take out and chop up your Red Delicious Apple. Microwave your Apple Pieces for
1:00. Combine all over your ingredients into either a food processor or blender. Process or blend everything together. Take out a stove top pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and then coat it with some non-stick cooking spray. Pour your mix in and cook each side of your pancake for around
2:00-
3:00. Mouthgasm!
Tips: Top them with some sugar free caramel syrup!
