Couscous with vegetables and meat roll
If you are vegetarian or vegan, just make without meat and/or the egg
A pork loin cut
Filling:
cheese
various herbs such as:
Coriander, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese, grated
The meat on a piece of baking paper, unfolded, and seasoned with
herbs and spices and cheese and roll tightly in the paper.
Place in an ovenproof dish, and "baked" at 200 degrees about 30
minutes.
Take out and let cool before slicing
Couscous
Small cooked carrots
Pickled cucumbers
tomatoes
Olive black, cut in half
Posed egg
Couscous poured into boiling water with stirring, and placed on onion
and resting for 5 minutes
Serving:
Pour Couscous on the middle of the plate. Carrots, pickles placed in
a star shape, and half olive placed around the bottom of the plate.
The posed eggs are laid on top, and tomatoes wrapped around the dish
