Hello September, the month where I share do it yourself cooking and fashion tutorials!
In my free time, I love love love to cook. I find it very relaxing and fun to put together meals for me or my friends and family! Cooking is one of the fundamental ways to live a healthier lifestyle and also a great bonding experience! Whether you're a seasoned chef just curious about what I made or a beginner, it is never too late to learn how to cook!

RECIPE

â¡ Ingredients
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 shallots
1/4 cup green onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 an avocado
4 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp of soy sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions:
1) Chop up your vegetables
2) Marinade Shrimp
+ 1 tsp soy sauce
+ 2 cloves of garlic minced
+ splash of olive oil
+ pinch of salt and fresh pepper
3) Heat a medium pan over high heat with olive oil and cook the shallots for 1 minute
+ toss in the canned corn and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy and hot
4) Heat the same pan with oil and cook the shrimp on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp changes color
5) Remove the seed from the avocado and prepare to plate
6) Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and season with pepper and sprinkle of salt or your favorite vinaigrette.
Optional: Add your favorite mixed green lettuce or spinach to finish up this salad (I didn't have any at home at that time).
