I love making overnight oats, because with very little effort the night before, I can wake up to a delicious and hearty breakfast with none of the fuss! You can use rolled oats if you like, but I recommend steel cut. After you try this, I doubt you'll want the fast food oatmeal on the way to work anymore. This will save you money and time!
