Pumpkin pie and the autumn season are partners. Here is a quick and easy dessert recipe, that can be made all year round because it uses canned pumpkins.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin puree
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 pie shell
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
2. Combine eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk and pumpkin pie spice and mix.
3. Pour the mixture into a pie shell.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 F.
5. Then reduce the heat and bake for 35-40 minuets longer at 350 F.
