This turned out sooooo delicious the way I made it! In the video I say I am a little nervous but I am very satisfied and so was everyone else :) This fed 3 people with leftovers.
Ingredients:
-1 cup chicken broth
-1 cup salsa
-1 can corn
-1 can black beans drained and rinsed
-1 packet of taco seasoning
-boneless skinless chicken breast
How:
-Mix all ingredients in the crockpot then add the chicken.
-Let it sit for 3-4 hours on high.
-Take the chicken out and shred it.
-add the chicken back into the crock pot and enjoy!!
You can eat this with chips, in a taco shell, in a fajita, or any other way you might enjoy! Add cheese, sour cream, or taco sauce if you like!
