We love our slow-cookers here at Everyday Food. They make getting dinner on the table so much easier. What could be better than coming home to a dinner that's already done? How about walking in to a house filled with the amazing sweet-and-spicy fragrance of Moroccan chicken, all ready to serve. Aren't I nice?
Sarah's Tip of the Day:
In the video, I'll talk about two ways you can prepare the chicken before adding it to the slow cooker. It's all up to your preference. The sweetness and spice in this chicken dish (you'll need 4 chicken leg quarters) comes from a combination of cinnamon, cumin, salt, and pepper, in addition to raisins, ginger, and garlic. A can of diced tomatoes gives the stew a little body. Make yourself some couscous or rice to go with this, and you're good to go!
