Easy Balsamic MUSHROOMS!
Amy's Balsamic Sautéed Mushrooms
Clean 8 ounces of mushrooms of your choice (I used baby bellas)
Slice mushrooms in even thickness.
Crush and mince one large clove of garlic
Pour 1/3 cup of olive oil into a skillet over medium heat
add the minced garlic
Let the garlic cook for 1-2 minutes
Add the mushrooms, stirring thoroughly so everything is evenly coated
cover and cook for 4 minutes over low heat
Add 3 tbs of balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, stir
Cover again and cook for 5 more minutes or until mushrooms are soft
Strain from pan and place in a bowl to serve or use in future recipes
Total cook time: approximately 10 minutes
