Ok this is the break down, All Organic if possible
2 cups pumpkin puree
Green onion to taste
1 big carrot
garlic to tast
cayenne pepper to tast
Anaheim pepper flakes to taste
yellow onion to taste
2 tbs coconut oil
1 cup mixed wild rice
1 & 1/2 cup water
1 & 1/2 cup so delicious coconut milk
Add coconut oil to pan & heat, then sate yellow onion, & garlic after a few min add carrot
Add puree, water & coconut milk (unsweetened)
Add rice
Bring to boil, then simmer for 25 to 35 min!
It made me about 5 to 6 lunches!!!
