Di says this is the Best Fudge Brownies Recipe! Simple to make and a joy to eat! No mixer, pot or stove top required! One, two, three & then time to EAT! Just what you need when you're hungry & want to satisfy your dessert craving! So, get in the kitchen bake these today! Baking homemade brownies from scratch could not be easier! For her husband (Especially for Valentines Day) Di makes these with white chocolate chips, but you could try milk chocolate, semi sweet or all 3 for triple the pleasure! How about peanut butter chips! Or just throw in a few nuts for something a bit mor crunchy! During the holidays, Di encourages friends not to spend a lot of money on fancy desserts when entertaining. Making these with mint chocolate chips / mint chips for Thanksgiving,Christmas or New Years Eve adds a special touch & her family always loves to see them on the dessert menu. They look really nice if you cut them small and place them in mini cupcake liners. For Halloween or the Fall, she'll swirl them with pumpkin, caramel or even cream cheese to give them that cheesecake taste! Top them with some icing for an even more rich dessert or just dust them with powdered sugar (confectioners' sugar) for a simple, but yummy presentation.
