Greetings! Today I am sharing with you a great recipe for Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake Gooey Pumpkin Butter Cake or whatever you would like to call it! This one is right out of Nanny's recipe box. It is a throwback to the 70's when using cake mixes was all the rage. There are a great number of lovely recipes that come out of that box,that use mixes and other brand name ingredients that seem to come out of that box this time of year.
This pumpkin gooey butter cake is quick and delicious. It is a perfect thing to take to a church supper, potluck, ladies luncheon (do they still have those?) or any event where you would like to share a dish. This one is definitely a keeper. A tasty combination of pumpkin pie and pumpkin cake, you will not be able to resist this ooey, gooey treat!
