Stir-Fried Prawns with Oyster Sauce & Basil
Ingredients
Prawn meat 400 g [deveined and dried], Diced Red chili 2 tbsp, Shallots 4 [halved], Ginger 3 slices, Basil 1-2 bunches [chopped], Flesh of pomelo 50g
Marinade
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Corn starch 1 tsp, Lime juice 1 tsp
Sauce Mix
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp, Corn starch ½ tsp, Water 2 tbsp, Sugar 1 ½ tsp
Procedure
1. Mix prawns with marinade.
2. Stir -fry prawns in 1 tbsp oil until done. Set aside.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, shallots, green onions and red chili until fragrant. Add prawns and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through. Stir in basil leaves and pomelo, serve hot.
