You will Need

2 1/2 Cups of Plain/All Purpose Flour

2 Cups of Sugar

1 1/2 Teaspoons of Baking Soda

1 1/2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon

1 1/2 Teaspoons of Nutmeg

1 Teaspoon of Salt

3 Eggs

1 1/2 Cups of Cooked Pumpkin Puree

3/4 of a Cup of Oil

1 Cup of nuts and/or Sultanas
