You can make your own witch legs using a piece of black licorice, use some white frosting very thinly stripped across it to make 'stripes' for stockings, then "glue" a jelly bean using some frosting to the ends of each licorice piece, and a mini M&M on the end of it to pretend they are a heel. Stick two into each cupcake.
Or you can use pretzels for the legs. I am continuing to play with ideas for my Halloween get together.
