Palla (Bhing) che Aatle by Kalpana Talpade
This curry is a typical Pathare Prabhu dish. It is very tasty and simple to cook. This is more like a stew, to be eaten with chapatti, vegetables, rice & dal. It is a very tasty & tangy dish. The fish I have used here is purchased for its fish roe. We usually fry the fish roe.

Ingredients:
Bhing fish 4 pieces
Onion 1
Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch
Green chillies 1
Garlic 8 to 10
Turmeric ½ tsp.
Chilly powder 1 ½ tsp.
Garam Masala 1 ½ tsp.
Oil 3 to 4 tblsp.
Tamarind pulp 2 tblspn.
Water ½ cup
Salt to taste
