I decided to redo this video and update the recipe. I hope you all enjoy it :)

Ingredients:

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespn sugar

1 tsp pepper

1 egg, lightly beaten

3/4 cup milk

1 small onion, finely chopped

Oil for deep-fat frying

Heat oil temp 300 -325 degrees try to keep the oil around that temp range. I kept mine on 310
