This is a video on how to make fluffy waffles. Recipe follows:
2/3 cup of 6 grain waffle mix
between 1/2 and 3/4 cup non fat milk
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
pure bourbon vanilla extract
lemon zest
blue agave
whipped cream
strawberries
Everything I got from Trader Joe's except for the waffle mix
