How to cook Lamb Shanks

this recipe was given to me from my aunt from aussie :)


Lamb Shank Recipe

Ingredients

3 lamb shanks

4 carrots

~15 mushrooms

2 tomatoes

1 garlic

2 onions

1 tablespoon oil

3 pieces of bay leaves

A good jar of pasta sauce (600-700ml)

1 cups of water


1) Prepare garlic, carrots, mushroom, onion, tomato

2) Slightly brown the lamb pieces

3) brown onions and garlics

5) add in the rest of the ingredients

6) cook in a medium low heat for 2 hours or until the meat tender


you can cook this ahead of time and just heat it up again

(you can also add in other vegs such as potatoes and celery)
