How to make Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients

1/2 cup of melted butter

1 cup of onions, chopped

2 stalks of celery, chopped

16 oz bag of cornbread cubes

1/2 cup of milk

1 cup of water

2 eggs

1/4 tsp of pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.

2. Melt butter in a large skillet.

3. Add onions and celery over medium heat until tender, about 6 minutes.

4. Remove from the heat and stir in the cornbread cubes, milk, water, eggs and pepper. Mix.

5. Now place the stuffing in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 325 F for 30-35 minutes.
