ナスの焼きびたしを作ってみました。
茄子を、ごま油でこんがり焼いてつゆに浸します。
味がじんわりとしみて、とてもおいしいですよ！
冷蔵庫で、１週間はもちます。
用意するもの：ナス ごま油 みりん 白だししょうゆ
