Easy How to Make Healthy and Easy Carrot Cake Muffins

These are moist and fluffy, vegan carrot cake muffins. Super fast and easy to make, the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup applesauce

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup grated carrot

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

In another bowl, mix applesauce, sugar, maple syrup and vanilla.

Mix each mixture together.

Add carrots and mix.

Spoon into muffin tins.

Bake 26 minutes.
