中蝦蝦肉 400 å…‹ [去腸及抹乾],紅辣æ¤'ç²' 2 湯匙,乾è"¥ 4 ç²' [切半],è–' 3 片,é‡'不換1-2棵[切碎],柚子肉50å…‹

醃料

李錦記舊庄特級è "æ²¹ 1 湯匙,李錦記ç´"正芝麻油 1 茶匙,粟粉 1 茶匙,é'檸汁1茶匙

芡汁

李錦記舊庄特級è "æ²¹ 2 湯匙,粟粉 ½ 茶匙,水 2 湯匙,糖 1 1/2 茶匙

程序

1. 蝦肉與醃料拌勻。

2. ç"¨1湯匙油將蝦ç‚'至熟,待ç"¨ã€‚

3. ç‡'熱1湯匙油,爆香è–'片、乾è"¥åŠç´…è¾£æ¤',加入蝦球及芡汁,ç‚'至熱透,拌 å…¥é‡'不換及柚子肉ç‚'勻,趁熱進食。

Stir-Fried Prawns with Oyster Sauce & Basil

Ingredients

Prawn meat 400 g [deveined and dried], Diced Red chili 2 tbsp, Shallots 4 [halved], Ginger 3 slices, Basil 1-2 bunches [chopped], Flesh of pomelo 50g

Marinade

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Corn starch 1 tsp, Lime juice 1 tsp

Sauce Mix

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp, Corn starch ½ tsp, Water 2 tbsp, Sugar 1 ½ tsp

Procedure

1. Mix prawns with marinade.

2. Stir -fry prawns in 1 tbsp oil until done. Set aside.

3. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, shallots, green onions and red chili until fragrant. Add prawns and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through. Stir in basil leaves and pomelo, serve hot.
